Tlacotalpan, Veracruz
Salsas sit on the windowsill of a seafood restaurant in Tlacotalpan. The colonial port of Tlacotalpan is one of the best preserved small cities in mexico, it has been declared a World Heritage town. It is also the epicenter of the Cuban-Spanish influenced Son Jarocho music.
