CONAGUA Mexico City Drainage System
Under construction, this is where the Tunnel Emisor Oriente drainage system will carry sewage to be treated before being distributed for irrigation. Currently only 6% of the sewage system is treated. Part of CONAGUA's efforts for the modernization of Mexico City's drainage system. Atotonilco de Tula, Hidalgo, Monday April 19th, 2010.
