A vendor at one of 4 Urban beaches recently inaugarated in Mexico City, as many as the beaches consist of swimming pools, 120 tons of sand, volleyball courts, industrial fans to mimic the wind, they are free and enourmously popular, as many as 4000 people (although designed for 3000) line up early in the morning to enjoy its instalations.
