A man leans against a lamp post in the early morning mist of Tlacotalpan, Veracruz, 2002. The colonial port of Tlacotalpan is one of the best preserved small cities in mexico, it was declared a World Heritage town. It is also the epicenter of the Cuban-Spanish influenced Son Jarocho music.
