Agua Miel (honey water) inside the heart of the Maguey cactus at the Del Razo Hacienda. When a Maguey is "capado" or tapped after 12 years of maturity, it bleeds honey water (un-fermented pulque) which needs to be colected 2 or 3 times a day.
